Riding in a Pink...?

This past weekend was my birthday weekend a.k.a. my favorite holiday. I am totally guilty for always over celebrating, but you have to live to the fullest, right? Friday was my actual birthday, but I let the celebrations begin the day before that with a family dinner and I thought it would be fun to share everything that happened!

My family and I went to eat at The Artists Palate which has been on my "must-go" list for a while, so I decided it was the perfect place for my birthday-eve. By now I am sure you have discovered my love for art and food, so this is my kind of place. Better yet, we had amazing service and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. As a birthday treat, the waiter created the most delicious mocktail for me to try. I ordered the penne pomodoro for my entrée and the shrimp was extremely fresh. Lastly, I finished off with a chocolate cake dessert which was so rich. We will definitely be back another day to try some other meals on the menu that I was eyeing!

So Friday was my actual birthday! I had a really nice day at school and it actually went pretty fast. Right after school my besties and I went outside to the lot where there was a pink Hummer limo...yes pink...waiting outside to take us to have dinner. I am completely obsessed with that limo and I wish I could keep it and ride in it everyday...future life goals! I figured that P.F. Chang's was the best option for dinner because you can never go wrong with lo mein and sushi. All of us had a great time together and finished off by singing "happy birthday" around a gorgeous Chanel cake. I feel so blessed that I was able to celebrate my birthday around such great people and have the time of my life!
